Please complete the registration form with the following in mind:

Discuss with your colleagues what you would like to have as a team name, then complete the form with that team name in mind.
Teams will be required to submit the name of 3 individual Web Professional teammates.
Teams will designate a Team leader as a single point of contact.
Teams will be required to review and agree to terms and conditons of the Web Pro Challenge.

Note: Within 2 business days of registration each participating team (via your designated team member's e-mail) will receive a PDF of the "Statement of Work" to be performed and any related correspondence designated by the Technical Committee.
